- Wide Open School: A collection of online learning experiences and activities for kids curated by the editors at Common Sense and organized by grade band and subject.

- Renegade Relaxation Space: A site to help with relaxation via the various resources listed on the Renegade Relaxation Google site. The Renegade Relaxation Space is a place for students, families, and staff to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings, focusing, and relaxing.
- Cosmic Kids Yoga: "Yoga, mindfulness and relaxation designed specially for kids aged 3+, used in schools and homes all over the world" (Cosmic Kids Yoga, 2021).
- Go Noodle: Great for short movement breaks! This site "helps teachers and parents get kids moving with short interactive activities” (gonoodle.com, 2021).

- The List of Social Emotional Apps for Children includes suggested apps that help to provide some extra instruction on self-regulation that help build positive self-talk, resilience, and coping skills.
- Please note: It's helpful to limit screen time. Try for 30 minutes at a time (even with this calming and relaxing content); this is not an exhaustive list and not all apps listed are free.
