Principal of School Safety & Culture - Mr. Thomas Blair

I am incredibly honored and humbled to serve as Bristol School’s Principal of School Safety and Culture. The community has provided us with the opportunity to transform our school. I am excited not only for the opportunity to support its transformation but to learn more about the whole Bristol Community and about what makes our school and our community so great. 

I began my career in education as a middle school teacher in South Milwaukee where I taught at-risk, math and world history. I was also part of our school's technology team and am super proud of the 6th-grade transition program I helped lead. In an administrator role of principal and associate principal position, I have had the privilege of serving the West Allis/West Milwaukee Community as well as Wilmot Union High School.

When I am not at school I love spending time outdoors with my wife, our two grown children, and our dog. I love all things outdoors as well as learning all things students enjoy doing outdoors! 

My goal as Bristol’s Principal of School Safety and Culture is to continue to build a strong school culture for our students, staff, families, and community. I am excited to be part of the Renegade family and can’t wait to celebrate what makes you great Bristol!
