Erika Farina

I am excited to join the Bristol School District.

I have been working in education for 18 years, with 13 of those years focused on early childhood special education. For the past five years, I have worked as a Behavior Interventionist, supporting students and staff in creating positive and successful learning experiences.

I am excited to join the Bristol team and look forward to building meaningful relationships with staff, students, and families. I value collaboration with educators to support students with diverse learning needs and am passionate about helping both students and staff feel confident and successful. Creating strong partnerships and working together to meet the needs of all learners is something I look forward to contributing to the district. 

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family. We spend much of our free time at our cabin in Northern Wisconsin, where we enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and boating.
