Student Learn From Home Due to Anticipated School Closures Framework:
After the district exceeds all inclement weather days built into the school calendar, Bristol School will implement learn-from-home days to avoid makeup days at the year's end. Families should review the framework for anticipated closures, as the district is dedicated to preparing both staff and students for potential disruptions caused by inclement weather or other factors.
Anticipated School Closures - Student Learn From Home Day
- The district will communicate during each school closure whether or not students will have a “Learn From Home Day"
- Teachers will communicate with families the best way to contact them for any questions or support needed.
- Activities and work sent home will serve as our method of taking attendance during the school closure.
- If your child engages in the activities prepared by the teachers during the school closure, your child will be counted as “present”.
- If your child does not engage in the activities prepared by the teachers during the school closure, your child will be counted as “absent”.
