Brenda Carlborg

I’m excited to begin this school year as the Behavior Coach and to have the opportunity to work with students, staff, and families throughout the district.

This is my first year at Bristol and my 14th year in education. I previously taught middle school math for 13 years. Throughout my time in the classroom, I developed a passion for building positive relationships with students, supporting their individual needs, and helping them recognize their strengths and potential.

As the Behavior Coach, my goal is to help create a safe, supportive, and positive school environment where every student feels valued, understood, and capable of success. I’m looking forward to partnering with students, staff, and families to support both academic and personal growth.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, traveling, baking sourdough, and cheering my children on in their sports. I’m excited to meet everyone and become part of the Bristol community!
